A graphite drawing, with colored pencil and acrylic paint, made March 4th, 2007.
Tigra is from Marvel Comics. I've seen lots of pictures of Tigra where you can still see the ghost of the bikini model the artist used under the stripes, so this is me trying to draw her as an actual half tiger half woman, with the flexibility and strength you might expect from that combination. My basic idea was to do a Frazetta lady and big cat picture, except melded together. That was totally clear, right?
