A pencil drawing that has been noodled with in Painter for paint effects, then color corrected in Photoshop.
Well, no real revelation on this one- I drew a muscle woman with two strong light sources indicated, then spent way too long dabbling in Painter, making sure the shine on her bra looked just so. Other parts of the image may have suffered due my missapportioned attentions- like her face and the bg... Further practice with Painter, basically. Updated Jan 30th- I've gone back and noodled with her face and arm, to try and bring them up to par with the rest of the picture. Comments Amazing...Simply Amazing Jed!
But you're right, if anything, her "blue" arm and a bit of her face took a beating due to the nipple attention lol  You just keep improving. Awesome.
