After being exposed to the same radioactive meteor that created Ms. Muscle, this former sub-commander of LOCUST (the Lethal Organization for Counter-Intelligence, Usurpation, Sabotage, and Terrorism) has become this grotesque gargantuan. Now, she plans to dominate LOCUST and all who stand in her way.
