Commission Djinn Ntonic

A painting on illustration board completed Jul 2008. This is mixed media, primarily acrylic paint, with colored pencil, and black and brown ink.

This is a commission for of her and her boyfriend's City of Heroes characters Djinn- the seated guy- and N'tonic- the dancing gal. She's a genie, he's an ifrit, they fight crime! (actually, I am not sure- they might be villains.)

This was an interesting commission to do- I had to make some major changes in the background because I initially made it too light and vague looking. Now it's dark and indoorsy looking, and most importantly, the client is happy with it.
