As usual, Jeb marries mass with grace. I was surprised, after reading so many comments on this drawing, that it had been around a while. This work as well as all of what I've seen Jeb do shows-off a wonderful balance between mass, technique and femiminity that's lost in 99% of similar art dealing with muscular women. Also the monotone blue/black adds a great mood, along with the suggestiveness of the linework. I'm a big fan of "undercolored" work: ie: art that lets the drawing stand out vs multi-colored work.
Based on previous comments: I have no issue with what appears to be a missing shoe. I believe the shoe is still there; just lacking a toe strap. The ab-clinging minidress works for me, and her hands are in proportion to her general body thickness. Great little sketch dealing with a generally unpopular subject.
