The Deviousness Award is an accolade which is traditionally handed out on the 1st of every month to one truly outstanding deviant.
CommentsDefinitely some interesting proportions. They work well with your classic sort of comic style. The dress, even when wet -- I'm not sure it would show all the muscles in the abdomen is my one critical thought here.
-- Three comments a day keep the deviants gay. (...you know what I meant.) Three random clicks on the front page: just say a few words. It's easy and good for everyone. Shes very well done. Anatomy is nice, the coloring is great, and im especially loving the abs. The background is actually good perspective wise so all in all, hot work. ^_^

Proud Member of -~Budokai, ~GangsOfBlackMoonHigh (Admin), *FemaleMuscle , ~Saiyajin-Alive Excellent job, you didn't over shade like I tend too, lol. The scene is just lovely and aptly tells this little story. Is it a scene that came to you immediately? Also, when you did the shading in the background, did you just go in with 100% opacity and a non gradient brush?

Looking through my sketchpile for that day, it looks like I was looking at a book of movie kisses and film noir stuff, and I think it was raining (not so odd in your neck of the woods, but a rare treat here). This scene got drawn right after I drew a romantic movie couple and right before I started drawing nude musclewomen again. The shading was done over the drawing on a separate layer set to multiply, using a brush at 50 to 70% opacity with frequent resampling of color for intermediate grey tones. Then the whole image was tinted using hue/saturation controls. -- Jebriodo |
