This is a big buff Street Fighter/Parisian Waif. No doubt she has travelled back from the future to clobber Germans for the Resistance.
A work in progress of this is over here:

His name was Solo, he was a pirate. With a blaster at his side and a smile twelve parsecks wide.
What a treat on the eyes she is. ^_^
Homina homina... Okay, where do I sign up for the street fightin'?

That's your basic awesomeness there.

Yeah, you totally did an amazing job finishing this one up. Excellent detail on the outfit and her and...pretty much everything. I'd say you should do more with this character but it's up to you. I really love your style of anatomy and facial profiles, though.

Did you use textures to get the background looking like that? It looks like a brickwall that had a logo or some propaganda on it and was painted over with a smattering of colors. And did you use any blending tools to soften the gradients between the highlights and the shading on the figure? Kinda curious but awesome outcome!

Again your shadows amaze me, and are making me want to increase the shadows on my own work, seeing as how nicely they define the form of the character. Great work.!

Thank you.

For the background I scribbled in photoshop using the chalky buildup brush (I think), then I added in a wall texture from a photo, and set it to Luminosity, I think-

For the figure I used the photoshop paintbrush at 50% opacity- frequently sampling intermediate colors to blend colors together- to soften the gradations of color I used the same (paintbrush 50%) but used a large fuzzy brush to smooth things out.
I also ran a filter over the figure when I was done painting- either Conte Crayon or Chalk and Charcoal- and faded the effect to get a bit of texture to her skin.
It's kind of hard to explain, because it is seat-of-the-pants Photoshoppage a lot of the time.

If you have any further questions about it, drop me a note, I'll try to elucidate.
