Round 5 - The Arena

Round 5 and final of 1 Dollar Fighter and the fights in space have caused chaos, with the alien spaceships crashing back down to Earth in a blaze of glory. Only two people survived arose from the flames, our 1DF finalists. However, battered, bruised, and exhausted, the fighters pass out in a vast, empty desert. Their semi-final victory tainted with the notion that they may not be alive for the final.

They lay motionless.

Travelers bypassing the desert spot these two fine female warriors, and assist them from their sandy graves and help them to their journey to their final destination, the 1DF final!
However, what seems like an act of kindness turns into a selfish act of slavery, as the travelers imprisoned the women, selling them to the highest bidder. Their fate dawns on them as they are directed towards a huge, awe-inspiring Colosseum.

The finalists are thrown from their cages to the center of the arena. They are surrounded by tens, even possibly hundreds of thousands of screaming fans, are jeering for blood. In a strange twist of fate, in what surely can only be a mirage, is the sight of all 1DF entrants, circling the fight arena, leaving no possible escape route for the two confused women. Fighters who have lost to the hands of these women, who, by all means necessary, will make sure that no one escapes the Colosseum, and that only one woman walks out of this alive. Aloft in the crowd, the emperor of this sick minded tournament, AngelCrusher himself, taking a ringside seat to watch what will no doubt be the fight of all time.

The finalists have the option of all manners of gladiatorial weaponry and armour. The colosseum is paved with the usual traps and devices to inspire the fighters to come to a quick, bloody end, and the further 58 1 Dollar Fighters will make sure of it.

Well, I figured neither of these gals would play along with this kind of tomfoolery- So they're going Thelma and Louise and bucking the system!
And in the process they are beating up all the 1DF fighters I haven't drawn so far- I leave identification as a task for the assiduous.
(Man the coloring on this is a mess... anybody got any suggestions for making this hang together better?)
